Your ArguStress account is personal
but not just in the usual sense.

When you create an account, the ArguStress Cloud Analyzer creates an empty personal Body Energy Model. As you use mnsX and upload training data, the Cloud Analyzer analyzes your records and adjusts the model parameters as your abilities change.

Each time you upload a training record:

  • The Cloud Analyzer examines the data.
  • Updates your Body Energy Model if necessary.
  • Loads the latest model back to your mnsX device (Syncing).

This process ensures that your mnsX remains up to date, personalized, and able to provide reliable and accurate data.

Account and Device Ownership

Your account must not be shared with other users. If multiple people use the same account, the Cloud Analyzer cannot build an accurate Body Energy Model, and mnsX will no longer provide reliable, personalized and accurate data.

Likewise, your mnsX device should not be shared with other athletes. Each time data is uploaded, the Cloud Analyzer loads the latest personal model back to the device. This makes the device tightly tuned to your own metabolic responses. If another user uses your device, mnsX can’t provide reliable, personalized and accurate data.

1. Create account

To create a new account, an unregistered mnsX device is required.

2. Add New Device

You can link multiple mnsX devices to a single account.
However, each mnsX device can only be linked to one account at a time.

If You Have Multiple Devices

  1. When you add a new mnsX to your account, the Cloud Analyzer immediately loads your latest Body Energy Model onto the device.
  2. If you switch between multiple devices, always sync with the cloud before use to ensure the device has the most recent model.
    • To sync, simply connect the device using the ArguStress Companion App.

How to Add a New mnsX

  1. Open the ArguStress Companion App and log in.
  2. In the Overview screen, tap the mnsX icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap the + icon in the top-right corner of the Devices Screen.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. After adding the device, configure the Essential Settings.

3. Remove Device

To remove an mnsX from your account, the physical mnsX device is required.

Removing a device performs a factory reset, clearing all data and allowing the device to be linked to another account.

If you have lost your device, please contact ArguStress Support.

How to Remove a Device

  1. Open the ArguStress Companion App and log in.
  2. In the Overview screen, tap the mnsX icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Open Device Settings.
  4. Scroll down to Remove Device and follow the instructions.

4. Change Password or Email

Changing your password or email is only possible in the ArguStress Companion App.

  1. Open the ArguStress Companion App and log in.
  2. Tap the More button in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Select Change Password or Change Email.

5. Forgot Password

You can request a password reset link from:

  1. The ArguStress Companion App login screen
  2. The Browser App login screen

A password reset email with instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

6. Deactivate Account

Warning!

Deactivation will PERMANENTLY delete your account and erase all uploaded data from our servers.

This action cannot be undone.

Before deactivating your account, all mnsX devices must be removed from your account.

How to Deactivate Your Account

  1. Open the ArguStress Companion App and log in.
  2. Tap the More button in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Select Deactivate Account and follow the instructions.
